Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on RaiseStartup (raisestartup.io), operated by Avadhscart Private Limited (Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India) for India, and Atharved Innovations Inc. (Delaware, USA) for the rest of the world. All India prices are inclusive of 18% GST as shown at checkout.
24-hour cancellation window
For subscription plans and the AI Agent monthly pass, if you cancel within 24 hours of the charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge — provided the service has not been substantially used (e.g. a campaign sent, or contacts fetched on the new plan). Email avadhscart@gmail.com within 24 hours to request it.
Subscription plans
Plans (e.g. LinkedIn, Starter) are billed per month. After the 24-hour window above, you can still cancel anytime from your account — cancellation stops all future billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period — but the current or partial billing period is non-refundable.
AI Agent pass
The AI Agent comes with a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate it before paying. The monthly pass activates the agent immediately on purchase. It is covered by the 24-hour cancellation window above; after 24 hours it is non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
One-time services & documents
One-time purchases (e.g. document generation, AI reviews, demos) are non-refundable once the work has been delivered or generation has begun, as these are digital services rendered on demand.
Fetch credits (wallet)
Wallet credits used to source investor contacts are consumed as you fetch and are non-refundable. Any unused balance remains available in your account for future use.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a technical error caused an incorrect charge, contact us and we will refund the full amount within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (including any GST charged).
How to cancel or request a refund
To cancel a subscription, use the billing controls in your account. To request a refund for a duplicate/erroneous charge, email avadhscart@gmail.com with your registered email, the payment date, and the amount. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank/gateway timelines may add a few days).
